Apply a warm, damp cloth to area for 5 minutes. Roll a small amount onto the injury or painful area and gently massage into skin. Wipe off excess and cover area with a warm cloth for 15 to 30 minutes.

If irritation, burning, redness, swelling, hives, or pain results, remove product immediately with warm soapy water. Cover the skin where product is applied as it may stain some fabrics.
