Apply a heated, damp cloth to injured or painful area for five minutes prior to use. Dip the cloth into the salve and apply a small amount, massaging gently, into the sore muscle, joint, injury, or trigger point. Place a warm cloth over the salve and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes or until pain subsides. Wipe off excess salve with the cloth. Relax and enjoy pain free living.

If irritation, burning, redness, swelling, hives, or pain results, remove salve immediately with warm soapy water. Cover the skin where product is applied as it may stain some fabrics.
