This soothing lotion, infused with aloe gel, hemp oil, L’Ocean Minerals ©, and magnesium, brings a quiet calm and peace when used. Originally designed for a grandchild with health issues and poor sleep, Sleepy Time creates an almost immediate sense of relaxation and brings deep, restful sleep. The magnesium in this cream, best absorbed through skin, is known to help with digestive issues, sleep related trouble, muscle pain and cramps, restless leg syndrome, magnesium deficiency, and lymph gland health.

Product Directions

Rub a small amount, we recommend starting with ¼ teaspoon, into bottoms of feet before bedtime or during a time or stress or anxiety. Sit quietly for a moment and feel the calm and wash over you, transporting you to a place of peaceful relaxation.

Product Warnings

Contains nut oils. For external use only. Do not use on sensitive areas or open wounds. Do not use on infants under 2 years old. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if latex allergies exist. Stop use immediately if rash, swelling, or persistent irritation occurs or worsens. Wash your hands after use; do not get cream on open wounds, in eyes, or on sensitive or damaged skin. Store in a cool, dry place & keep from freezing.

Some tingling or burning may occur due to the high concentration of magnesium in this product. If you experience discomfort, continue use with a smaller amount and build up to a dose you are comfortable with.
